Overview

We are looking for a experienced Civil Engineer to manage effectively project(s) within the time, cost and quality requirements of the contract while adhering to the company’s quality, safety practices and assuring comprehensive, traceable site records/documentation.

Responsibilities

? Manage and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

? Assess potential risks, materials and costs.

? Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).

? Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up shop drawings that satisfy technical specifications.

? Assess potential risks, materials and costs.

? Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.

? Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.

? Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.

? Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

Perform ad-hoc tasks when and as required by management.

Qualifications

? Proven working experience in civil engineering with at least of 6-10 years’ experience.

? A minimum of Bachelor/ BTech. in Civil Engineering.

? License of professional engineer is preferred.

? Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.

? Project management and supervision skills.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication skills, including verbal and written.
