Job Duties
1- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
2- Establish work schedules and procedures
3- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
4- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

Qualifications
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
1-Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
2- Strong communication skills; the ability to multitask; proven management/supervisory experience; extensive wine and cuisine knowledge; computer proficiency.
3- Courteous and helpful to colleagues and guests
4- Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
5- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience with at least 1 year in a 5 star luxury operation environment
