TECHNICAL MANAGER



A Reputed company in Bahrain is looking for a TECHNICAL MANAGER with a minimum of 7 years of experience in same or similar role in the GCC, with a proven track record to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve.
Project planning and management skills with Strong verbal written and organizational skills- Excellent leadership skills to motivate teams, navigate in a changing environment, and lead change at the operational level.
Monitors the tendering and estimation process and ensures that the cost assumptions in the tenders are realistic and achievable.
Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams on project scheduling, planning, budgeting, and reporting, and ensure objectives are met within the stipulated time.
Motivates the sales team by reviewing and analyzing sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
