Senior Restaurant Supervisor



We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Senior Supervisor who will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

Restaurant Senior Supervisor duties and responsibilities:
1- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
2- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with quality standards and customer preferences.
3- Train and develop restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
4- Assist with the recruitment and hiring of new restaurant staff as needed.

Restaurant Senior Supervisor requirements and qualifications:
1- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role
2- Ability to lead and manage a team
3- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
5- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
