Architect Designer (Nationality : Philipino)




Basic requirements :

? Bachelors degree in architecture

? Nationality : Philipino

? Software : 3D Max, vray, lumion, photoshop, AutoCAD

? Software optional : Sketchup

? Should have strong design skills for exterior and interiors

? Designs for both commercial and residential projects

? Able to produce high quality rendered 3D perspectives / designs

? Hard working and able to work flexible hours to meet at deadline

? Must be able to produce related drawings in CAD.

? Age : Between mid 20s to mid 30s. We would consider late 30s also if they are talented designers

? Marital Status : Prefer single but we can offer family visas for the right candidate

? Gender : Either but men are preferred. A talented woman would be considered subject to their marital status and children



All CVs must be accompanied by a design portfolio showcasing their work, including samples of technical drawings.



Salary will really depend on the experience, quality of their designs and overall fit with our company but will be between BD 600 for younger candidates and BD 1,000 for older experienced ones, and will depend on our assessment of their designs and experience.



We pay lumpsum packages (basic + allowances for housing, medical, transport etc ) only.
