Urgent Requirement For Sales Trainer





- We prefer candidates who have experience as Trainer in the Telecom or FMCG industry.

- Master’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field is required.

- Additional professional qualifications will be considered an advantage.

- Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the Sales and Service industry, including a minimum of three years in a Training or HR related role.

- Candidates should have some or all of the following experience:

o Training

o Knowledge of sales and customer service

o Experience with Development/Career Plans, Assessments, Gap Analysis, etc.

o Content Development

o Management Development

o Personal Profiling

o Coaching

o People Performance Management



- Excellent English language proficiency and strong communication skills are mandatory.
