A. Responsibilities
• Preparation, implementation, and continual improvement of Project quality plan with associated work procedures.
• Preparation and implementation of ITP for the project delivering process.
• Responsible to manage and control the project submittals such as Method statement, Sub-contractors’ approval, Material submittals, document submittal etc.
• Review of construction materials compliance with project requirements.
• Review of Method statement.
• Control the inspection processes such as work inspection, material inspection etc.
• Coordinate with third party testing laboratory.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors’ quality control function.
