Land Surveyor ( Immediate Hiring)



Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys and inspections of buildings, ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
• Surveys such as reserve fund studies, building condition audits, reinstatement cost assessments, service charge modelling and allocation.
• Prepare reports and assessments on the condition of buildings
• Reading and interpreting drawings and topographic maps.
• Review and update building plans, designs, and specifications
• Monitor and review building projects to ensure compliance with regulations
• Preparing the reports on survey results


Requirements: –
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Must have experience in High Rise Buildings
• Experience in the precast sector would be advantageous.
• 3-4 years of GCC experience as a Land Surveyor
