Job Description

Candidate will be front line staff to take customer support calls and gather information using probing questions.
Primary job responsibility is to interact with existing clients to provide assistance on ERPNext software. Manage and overcome technical inquiries that arise throughout the support process.
Supporting clients’ users in their functional and technical queries via online of face-to-face meeting at customer location.
This position focuses on handling incident management, problem management, change management, ad hoc requests and knowledge management for existing and potential clients.
Articulation to write precise process notes, user manual and ticket responses is key skill set.
Train end users on how to use ERPNext.
Provide support to end users after the implementation of ERP.
Stay up to date on the latest ERP features and functionality.
Work with other members of the ERP team to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of ERP solutions.
Qualifications:

Other responsibilities include:
Develop and execute training plans including preparation of training materials to clients.
Maintain client servers by updating software and operating systems.
Secure servers using various cyber security software.
Assist sales team to understand and assess client requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of ERPNext's features,

Requirements
Good working knowledge of JavaScript, Python and RESTful API
Past experiences on ERP software are advantage.
Understanding of Frappe Framework is a plus.
Working knowledge of Ubuntu operating system, MariaDB/MySQL & GitHub
Understanding of network, firewall, antivirus and other cyber security services to secure customer software and to ensure only required access from remote locations
Understanding of business process.
Ability to manage client expectations and delivering support as per contract.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
Good inter-personal skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
Candidates having valid Bahrain driving license and currently available in Bahrain will be prioritized.
