BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (full-time)

Exelon Industrial Solutions W L L is a rapidly growing petroleum products trading company such as Low Aromatic white Spirit, gas condensate oil, Rubber processing oil, Fuel oil, Residue oil, Light Liquid paraffin, Hydrocarbon oil, Base oil, High flash oil, and Bitumen. Our distribution network reach all over the world. Equipped with good cooperation with major ports in coastal area with a track record of success and innovation. We are dedicated to delivering top-notch products/services that exceed our clients' expectations. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business.
3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client needs.
5. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify market opportunities.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
7. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
7. Knowledge of petroleum industry is a plus.
