JOB DESCRIPTION:
QUANTITY SURVEYOR/PROJECT ESTIMATOR:
• Able to review the RFP documents provided by client, analysis the market for suitable subcontractor as per the required technical field/SOW, prepare all RFP submittal documents, Pricing (Consulting line manager) & other standard documents
• Able to understand the technical details of work and mainly specialized in areas like Civil, Landscaping, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) & other related works.
• Establishing BOQs & costing sheet correctly for medium and large sized projects.
• Update RFP and upon award successful completion within POP.
• Selection of sub-contractor as per the requirement in market.
• Negotiation skills with sub-contractors, supplier & clients.
• Knowledge in document preparation using MS office packages - MS Word & MS Excel.
• Able to Supervise, Site coordinate, schedule manpower & update progress to the line Manager.
• Attend site visit and get a clear idea about the project scope of work.
• Analysis the market and search for tender opportunity to develop the business.
• He should have minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
• Candidate should be self-motivated & handle all the task independently.
• Able to handle pressure and complete the task on time.
• Education background Bachelor of Science or Engineering
• Able to join Immediately & available in Bahrain.
• Should have a valid driving license.
