SUPERVISOR ( HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTALS & HIRING


Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor for our Rental and Hiring Division, specializing in trucks and forklifts.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the rental and hiring department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage a team of rental coordinators and technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate the scheduling and availability of trucks and forklifts for rental and hiring.
- Ensure accurate and updated records of rental contracts, invoices, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer demands and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct regular inspections of rental equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
- Monitor rental rates and market trends, making recommendations for pricing adjustments as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in truck and forklift technology.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in the rental and hiring industry, specifically with trucks and forklifts.
- Strong knowledge of trucks, forklifts, and related equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using rental management software and computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
