General Manager For Education



A reputed group in Bahrain is looking to hire a General Manager for the education business to expand it to the GCC & increase the number of students. The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

Manage the operations of current and future schools
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Finding new locations to expand the business across GCC.
Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies.
Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development.
Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities.
Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle business deals operations and activities.
Oversee the implementation of different contracts.
Create and present a detailed report for upper management.
