Moroccan Hammam Specialist (Female)



Job Description

At Sofitel Bahrain, we are looking for someone who's specializes in Moroccan Bath Therapy, performs Moroccan baths and spa treatments on our guests.
Prepares the point of sale and preparation areas
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Comply with all hygiene standards, quality, rules and regulations
Cleans and tidies the recreation area and massage rooms - sauna - gym, etc. after closing
Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Follow departmental policies and procedures, and follow all safety and sanitation policies
Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team members or other tasks assigned by the manager.
Follows all policies and procedures ascertained by the hotel.


Skills
Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in hotel industry is preferred

Certification in the disciplines is preferred

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Ability to promote positive relations with all hotel guests & colleagues.

Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
