We are in need of Project Manager

Competency requirements:

Education:
• Management course/ Business administration

Knowledge/Skills:
• Project management skills

Experience:
• Work previously as a Project Manager
• GCC furniture manufacturing experience is a must

Trainings:
• Project management related trainings

Roles, responsibilities, accountability and authority stated as under but not limited to:
1. Plan the project scope and resources required in alignment with the customer requirements and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
2. Understand and communicate customer requirements to Management and appropriate team members
3. Identify resources and assign responsibilities, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
4. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
5. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
6. Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
7. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
8. Communicate project status, issues & risks to management and verify approval with Management and client on critical issues and recommendations.
9. Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders (customer, management, project teams and others), keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view.
10. Collaborate with production/operation/engineering teams to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities.
11. Ensure that all project activities completed on time and within budget.
12. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
