Competency requirements:

Experience:

· 2-4 years experience.

Roles, responsibilities, accountability and authority stated as under but not limited to:

· Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian/Arabic dishes for staff

· Plan menus

· Manage inventory and ordering ingredients and supplies as needed

· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

· Manage supervise kitchen assistants
