Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance-related calls.
• Marking online and offline.
• Record tenant complaints in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Create a maintenance schedule for the staff.
• Ensuring timely payments and maintaining the follow-up process.
• Prepare the operating payables (LMA, GOSI ewa bills).
• Apply for EWA connection
• Submitting daily reports to management on Maintenance operations
• All other relevant tasks as assigned by the company

• Must have Bahraini valid driving license.
