Job Description: Customer Service in Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service in our Vape retail store. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Your role will involve interacting with customers both in-person and over the phone, so excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
2. Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
3. Assist customers with product selection, offering recommendations and advice based on their needs and preferences.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
5. Process sales transactions, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and shelves are stocked.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
9. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
10. Actively participate in training programs and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
11. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise as needed.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, security, and safety.
13. Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvements in customer service processes and practices.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand image.

Requirements:
1. Transferrable Visa Only
2. Experience is preferred
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
5. Arabic language is preferred

Salary will be negotiated during the interview.
