Sr. Business Consultant

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced business consultant candidates to join our team. The ideal candidate, must have a proven track record of success in helping other businesses in developing and executing creative and innovative strategic plans to improve their performances, manages the change along the processes and be able to coach and train them to monitor and control. The candidate should be able to identify and solve problems, develop and implement strategies, and manage projects effectively.


- Conduct research and analysis to understand the client's business and challenges.

- Develop and recommend solutions to improve the client's performance.

- Manage projects and implement solutions.

- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


- Min BS degree in business administration or equivalent.

- Min 10 years, Max 15 years of experience in business consulting Environment!.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team


- Identifying and solving problems: The consultant should be able to identify the root cause of a problem and develop and implement solutions that are effective and efficient.

- Developing and implementing strategies: The consultant should be able to develop and implement strategies that are aligned with the client's goals and objectives.

- Managing projects effectively: The consultant should be able to manage projects effectively from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: The consultant should be able to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other members of the team.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills: The consultant should be able to think critically and solve problems creatively.

- Leadership and teamwork skills: The consultant should be able to lead and motivate others, and work effectively as part of a team.

- Flexibility and adaptability: The consultant should be able to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
