Job Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Coastal Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum working experience of 10 years in construction field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Knowledge of FIDIC, CPA and general construction contracts.
• Minimum knowledge of Bahrain Civil Law and the English Law.
• Preferred holding a certification in Construction Law.
• Technical understanding of marine construction.

• Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
