Projects & Finance officer

1. Responsibility for the preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial reports, management of integrated accounting systems, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
2. Familiarity of Accounting Standards and keeping up to date with IAS, IFRS, SOCPA and ensure compliance in area of relevance/impact to companies in relation to accounting practices and regulatory bodies.
3. Responsible for internal auditing and company internal valuation preparation
4. Responsible for project business plan developing
5. Review and maintain Internal Control through business controlling processes.
6. Accounting and Reporting
(Understanding and applying accounting concepts and methodologies
7. Financial and Management Accounting
(Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the effective recording, tracking and management of revenues and expenditures)
8. Perform in-depth financial analysis and modelling to determine the value of businesses, assets, and securities.
9. Responsible for designing annual portfolio budgets and financial forecasting.
10. Responsible for internal auditing and company internal valuation preparation
11. Ability to discuss financial performance and market trends and suggest solutions to improve.
12. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost- reduction opportunities
13. Create financial strategies and closely work with the related portfolio to ensure the business’s financial stability


Qualifications & Skills
• Preferred Chartered Accountant(CA/CPA/ACCA)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record of managing projects and teams effectively.
• Strong computer literacy with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word presentation skills
• Very strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple mandates
• Comprehensive financial and accounting skills
• Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with others
• Ability to quickly grasp key business drivers and specific valuation issues
