We are looking for a Sales Manager (IT), Kindly note that the applicant should be from the Kingdom of Bahrain

Position Overview

We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and a successful history of managing teams while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support in achieving individual and team goals.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product/service delivery.

- Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to the department head

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record in sales.

- Strong understanding of hardware & software

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
