Description

We are a leading hotel group in Bahrain looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal working capital
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles and procedures
Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support in decision-making
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports for senior management
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification preferred)
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
