Conceptual Interior Designer / Draftsmen



1. Conceptual Design Development:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand their needs and design preferences.
- Create inspiring and unique interior design concepts that align with clients' requirements and project objectives.
- Produce mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D visualizations, and other graphical representations to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative elements into your designs.

Detailed Drawings and Specifications:
- Translate conceptual designs into accurate and detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Generate floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details that encompass all necessary dimensions, materials, and finishes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all design documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address design-related challenges and incorporate their input into the drawings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Conceptual Designer and Draftsperson, preferably in a professional design firm.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
