HVAC Foreman With Minimum 5 Years Gulf Experience



We are looking for a HVAC Foreman for a multinational Building construction Co with minimum 5 years Gulf experience.

1. Handling Sites requirements with Project Engineer.
2. Capable to attend Defect liability complaints for Projects.
3. Hand on experience for Air-condition units (RTP, Ducted, TVR etc)
4. Capable to Allocate technician as per site requirement, Arranging material in advance for Projects site, Tracking Driver for material delivery.
5. Helping Technician to attend DLP Complaints, giving training for site work, explaining team for projects works, Helping Technician to prepare report, collecting report from Technician & verifying site progress etc.
6. Capable to Check Site and report to Engineer, Ducting Installation & Measurement Knowledge, able to attend site meeting with Engineer and client etc.
7. General responsibilities: Maintain Tools report, regular Inspection of Technician Tools, arranging in- house training for Technician, Maintain Safety requirement for site and Technician etc.

Language Requirement : English & Hindi. Arabic speaking is an added advantage
