We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Indian employee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sijilat, drafting board resolutions, company formation procedures, and LMRA (Labour Market Regulatory Authority) regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Handling sijilat procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Drafting accurate and comprehensive board resolutions.
- Assisting in company formation procedures, including documentation and legal requirements.
- Managing and staying updated on LMRA regulations and ensuring adherence.

Requirements:
- At least [2] years of experience in sijilat, drafting board resolutions, company formation procedures, and LMRA regulations.
- Strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
