Sublimation Printing Specialist


Responsibilities:
• Perform sublimation printing on various products, including mugs, t-shirts, puzzles, etc., ensuring high quality prints and accurate color reproduction.
• Operate and maintain heat press machines and other related equipment to achieve desired results.
• Prepare artwork files for sublimation printing, including color separation and adjusting image sizes as needed.
• Collaborate with design team to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of design concepts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new sublimation printing techniques and processes.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of printing materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of sublimation supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of printed products, ensuring proper protection during shipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.


Requirements:
• Proven experience in sublimation printing, preferably in production or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in operating heat press machines and other related equipment.
• Strong understanding of sublimation printing techniques and color management.
• Knowledge of binding digital printing processes and file preparation for printing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues to ensure high-quality results.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of packaging and labeling requirements
• Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow them diligently.
