Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually compelling motion graphics and animations..
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concept art, storyboards, and visual guidelines..
- Take ownership of motion design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.
- Utilize industry-leading tools and software to develop and refine motion graphics.
- Continuously explore and implement new techniques, trends, and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's motion design standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in motion design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a motion designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unity, Blender, Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering techniques. (2D animation expertise is a plus.)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and meet timelines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, give and receive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new design techniques and technologies.
