ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the efficient management of the following:
- Records/files of the Sales Director
- Taking minutes of the meetings and assist guest/visitors
- Prepare quotations for sales team and become the first contact person for all clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via fax, email or telephone
- Maintain the teams resources such as office supplies and making sure that all office equipment's are working properly
- May be required to take some administrative services such as travel arrangement, accommodation arrangement, company greetings on special occasions, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- FILIPINA CANDIDATES ONLY (preferably single or living alone in Bahrain)
- Must have 5 years experience of Executive Secretary / Administrative Secretary
- Exposure in Sales Department, would be an advantage
- Advance ENGLISH communication (both written and oral)

SALARY PACKAGE:
- BS300 Basic Salary
+ company accommodation (location in Juffair)
+ company transportation
+ medical insurance
+ ticket every 2 years as per Bahrain Labour law

Office timings: Saturdays - Wednesday 8am-5pm
Thursdays 8am-1:30pm
Fridays - OFF
