CNC Operator For CX220 Machine


A well known and reputes furniture company is looking to fill the advertised position. 1. Woodworking and joinery technical skills: Knowledge of how CNC machine tools work and operate efficiently.

2. Knowledge of Maestro CNC software: Proficiency in operating and utilizing the features of Maestro CNC software.

3. Knowledge of CAD and CAM software: Ability to work with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software to create and modify programs for the CNC machine.

4. Ability to configure CNC machine settings and make programs: Skilled in setting up the CNC machine, adjusting parameters, and programming it to perform specific tasks accurately.

5. Ability to read technical drawings: Proficiency in interpreting and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.

6. Ability to use key measuring tools: Competence in utilizing various measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to ensure accurate dimensions and specifications.

7. Ability to work as part of a team: Proficient in collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of production activities.

8. Operate the machine and work-piece loading and unloading: Skill in efficiently operating the CNC machine, including loading and unloading work-pieces with care and precision.
