Urgent Requirement for Tele Sales Agent (Only for Arabic Fluent Candidates)

• Fluent in Arabic & English must
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the telecom industry or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales deals.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using computer applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
