Job Title: Sales Professional for ReadON.ai Digital Therapy
Location: Bahrain
We prefer: Bahrain female candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at ReadON.ai, a leading digital therapy platform for people with Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other Learning Difficulties. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling ReadON's AI-powered digital therapy to Therapy Centers, Special Education Schools, Private Therapists, Cognitive Remediation therapists, speech therapists, doctors, and other schools in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Identify and prospect new clients within the target market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Educate clients about ReadON's digital therapy and how it can benefit their organization
• Collaborate with the team to improve product offerings and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the therapy or education industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Familiarity with digital therapy platforms and solutions
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed
