Key Responsibilities:

Fit-Out Supervisor:

Oversee and manage the fit-out process of commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety.
Resolve any on-site issues and provide innovative solutions to challenges that may arise during the fit-out phase.
Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports and documentation of work performed.
Quantity Surveyor (QS):

Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for projects.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review project plans and specifications, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor project budgets and costs, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Perform cost analysis and value engineering exercises to optimize project expenses.
Qualifications:

Fit-Out Supervisor:


Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Quantity Surveyor (QS):

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
