Position: Barista Expert

Salary: 250 Bahraini Dinar (BHD)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages with precision and artistry.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
• Take customer orders, recommend coffee options, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy periods.
• Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, techniques, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or similar setting is essential.
• Proficient in crafting a variety of coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines in a food and beverage setting.
