Job Title: In-House Sales and Marketing Executive


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-House Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a particular focus on meal plans and healthy food packages. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our meal plans and healthy food packages, as well as managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our meal plans and healthy food packages

- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including online advertising, social media, and direct outreach

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing promotion of new meal plans and healthy food packages

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments

- Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in meal plans and healthy food packages


Qualifications:

- Preferably Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on meal plans and healthy food packages

- Strong knowledge of the health and wellness industry, including current trends and consumer preferences

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
