Description

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Work with developers to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in report designing.
• Experience in ERP application support.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
