LEASING-SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Researches, prospects, and source obtain leads and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets
- Maintains and develops business with existing customers
- Captures leads and prospects and maintains a database for new prospects
- Validates and verifies all documentation submitted by the customers, prior to processing a rent to ensure compliance with the policy at all times
- Prospects and meets clients outside
- Conducts viewing for prospects
- Ensures compliance with the sales policies at all times
- Handles all customers in a professional manner.
- Follows up with own customers for signing sales agreements.
- Promptly responds to all inquiries received and ensures a high level of customer service.
- Making reports daily, weekly, and on a monthly basis to the Head of the Department
- Participate in sales launches/events whenever required.
