Job description:

6. Collaborating with internal teams, such as creative and content teams, to develop effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
7. Monitoring and analyzing social media marketing performance and providing regular reports to clients.
8. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
9. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client concerns or issues.
