At iCONEX, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the agreed sales targets.
 Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
 Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
 Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to achieve the objective and seal the deal.
 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min 6 months to 2 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Proficiency in English
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Adaptable and collaborative nature, able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Availability of extra hours and weekends as per project requirements
