Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and trying on garments, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice
- Perform alterations and tailoring services to ensure garments fit customers perfectly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the fitting rooms
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and tagging new merchandise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in tailoring and alterations is required
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
