Inventory management and cash management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
Assist other stations as needed
Communicate with the kitchen staff and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
Can work at flexible hours.
