Description

We are looking for a RiderCoordinator to join our team and help us manage our fleet of delivery riders.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a team of delivery riders, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
Monitor rider performance and identify areas for improvement and coaching
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and delivery standards
Track and report on key performance metrics, such as delivery times, rider productivity, and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to delivery
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or logistics preferred
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a logistics or delivery environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with logistics and routing software preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
