A reputed company is looking for a crane operator with

 High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in crane operation, such as CCO certification, are preferred.
 Proven experience as a Crane Operator, preferably in the marine logistics industry or similar offshore environments.
 Proficient in operating various types of cranes, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and offshore cranes, with knowledge of their controls and capabilities.
 Thorough understanding of lifting techniques, load charts, rigging principles, and safety protocols.
 Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards, such as API, OSHA, and ASME.
 Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and depth perception to accurately position loads and operate cranes with precision.
 Strong focus on safety, with a commitment to following established safety procedures and promoting a safe work environment.
 Effective communication skills, with the ability to understand and relay instructions, signals, and information to team members.
 Ability to work in challenging environments, including offshore locations, and adapt to changing weather conditions and work schedules.
 Physical stamina and dexterity to operate cranes for extended periods, withstand exposure to various weather conditions and perform manual labor as required.
 Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to identify and address minor issues or malfunctions in cranes.
 Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure, maintaining composure and making sound judgments during lifting operations.
 Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and medical examinations.
 Valid crane operator's license or certification, as required by local regulations.
 Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
