Description

Role and responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing the purchase orders.

• Assist in ensuring that ERP procurement policy and procedures are applied and respected

• Follow up with suppliers to obtain quotations on time.

• Keep the vendor list and property report updated on a monthly basis

• Check deliveries of purchased goods on the field.

• Assist in ensuring purchases are done on time with an inventory checkup.

• Document control, archiving and scanning.



Required Competencies:

• Good communication skills

• Any Nationality, a good Level of English

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
