Description

• Act as a first point of contact in employee relations in terms of work permits/issues/concerns/disciplinary actions and all HR work related to Ministries/Authorities in Bahrain.
• Assists with external recruiting efforts, including maintaining relationships with agents, associations and other recruiters. Represents the organization at selected job fairs. Assists management with performance concerns, disciplinary action and conflict management issues.
• Develop and implement policies, programs and procedures related to Employee Relations.
• Ensure employee handbook reflects current policy.
• Conduct investigations as directed by HR Manager.
• Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees.
• Provide feedback to HR and departmental management regarding trends revealed in exit interviews.
• Provide feedback to Company management regarding competency level of resigned/terminated employees.
• Produce monthly reports to agreed deadlines.
• Assisting with payroll when required.
• Assisting with training when required.
• Any other HR related task assigned by HR Manager in different area within HR Department.
