Description

We are hiring Waitresses (Filipina / Indonesian / Indian or Nepali only) for fast paced restaurant. You will be the face of the restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

Responsibilities
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to the conditions of tables & chairs, and condiments on the table.
• Maintaining service stations for back up.
• Attend customers upon entrance.
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages with high salesmanship spirit.
• Take and serve orders.
• Answer questions.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
• Clearance of the table to be ready for the new table.

Requirements
• Non restaurant/hotel background won’t be entertained.
• Proven restaurant serving experience.
• Hands-on experience on ordering software like MICROS, POPs, POS
• Basic math skills.
• Attentiveness and patience with customers.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• High school diploma is a plus but not required.
• Most important is flexibility to work in shifts.
