Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Location: Adliya

Job Type: Part-Time (4 Hours duty / 6 days a week)

We seek an energetic and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day IT support and handle all network-related issues. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, helping our team excel with their technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.

Manage network configurations to ensure smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.

Provide training and support to staff on IT-related issues.

Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.

Regularly update systems as needed.



Key Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong technical background.

Proficient in network management and data governance.

Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.

Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.




Note:

* Salary will be according to the candidate’s capability and experience.
* 4 Hours duty / 6 days a week.
