Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Secretary to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in with expertise in company formation in Bahrain, accounting, and tax filing, with a strong understanding of the Sijilat and LMRA systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the executive team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
2. Assist in company formation processes in Bahrain, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
3. Handle accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
4. Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax filings in accordance with Bahraini regulations.
5. Coordinate with external service providers such as auditors and legal advisors to ensure compliance with financial and legal obligations.
6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion when handling confidential documents.
7. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Conduct research on various topics as assigned by the executive team.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role with a focus on company formation in Bahrain, accounting, and tax filing.
2. Strong knowledge of Bahraini laws and regulations related to company formation, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
3. Proficiency in using accounting software for bookkeeping purposes.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
