Description

Major Duties
• Providing an interface point between the company visitors, and all others in the main office.
• Receiving all incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate person.
• Providing assistance in making external calls for Senior staff.
• Receiving all incoming mails, registering them, and forwarding them to the appropriate person.
• Assistance in typing of letters.
• Registration of all outgoing letters.
• Maintaining order in the front office so as to provide a good working atmosphere.
• Receiving visitors and informing the person whom they have come to see.

Job Specifications:
• College graduate in office management and administration
• At least two years ‘experience in post similar nature and capable of using English or Hindi Languages
• Making sure the front desk is never left unattended
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office and Knowledge of Internet
• Experience in HR and Admin is an advantage
• Preferably candidates from the Philippines (Female)/ India (Male)
• Can start immediately
