Instrument Technician -03 Nos

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation/Control Engineering

Min. Experience: 3 -5 Years

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for complete instrument installation including but not limited to the following:
• Minimum 1 Year Experience In Calibration, Testing, Repair, Preventive Maintenance Of Industrial Instruments)
• Should be well conversant in English language, and should be able to read and understand, Equipment P
&I drawing, Schematics, GA drawing, PM instruction sheet or, any other such documents like manual, data sheet etc.
• Able to carry out service& maintenance, inspection on the instruments such as follows
 Temperature switches, Sensors and Transmitters, Switches
 Pressure sensors, DP switch and Transmitters, Switches
 Level Switches, Sensors and Transmitters
 Flow sensors and Transmitters, Switches
 Temperature and Pressure gauges.
 Vibration Switches, Sensors and Transmitters
 Instrument Dampers, Actuators, Valves, Regulators
• Burners (including flame scanners, spark plugs, gas valves, Iginitian
transformers, burner controllers, flame indicators etc.)
